Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-returnable items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
You can initiate a return request through any of the following methods:

Log in to your account on www.keshwi.com, go to My Orders, and click the Return button next to the item you wish to return. - Contact Us Form:
Visit our Contact Us page and submit the form with your order number and reason for return. - Email:
Send an email to info@keshwi.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your request:
- Our team will review it and provide return instructions.
- You’ll need to ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the item was received damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
